Lamont Fleming, is a singer,songwriter and producer with an eye for talent, and the ability to develop artist. A creative spirit himself, he knows the sacrifice that must be made in order to endure the rigors of the music business.
Akin to his hometown, Richmond Virginia, Lamont's musical background is diverse and rich in nature. Much like many of the greats from the past his music has roots from the black church. His music much like his life is filled with joy and pain and can be felt deep within the soul.
In terms of his creative process Mr. Fleming is a throwback to when music was more hands on and collaborative.
Today Lamont is very aware of how important it is to find a balance between his roots and what's happening today.
